Uniform Data Elements and Definitions (a NGP Uniform Guidelines Project)

The Uniform Guidelines Coalition and its Technical Advisory Group are continuing to develop and define uniform financial data elements and definitions as a NGP Uniform Guidelines Project. Uniform Data Elements and Definitions for Grant Budgeting and Financial Reporting, Version 1 (November, 2004) is to be used throughout the grants management process to improve the reliability of grants financial management while reducing the associated cost and burden.
