State Grants Liaison Committee

The NGP plans to develop executive-branch grants offices and contacts in each state and create an NGP Government Wide State Grants Liaison Committee made up of state representatives that can speak on behalf of the executive branch of state government, be a voice for the broad grant community within and outside their states and otherwise assist with pursuit of NGP goals. The Liaison Committee includes existing Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) under OMB’s Executive Order 12372.
